Landscape & Architectural Committee

On behalf of the Board, this committee will better define and monitor REQUIREMENTS for the TASK, resident responsibility, violation procedures and HOA issue resolution. Any communication with a violating resident will only be completed by members of the Board. At no time will a Committee member contact a resident unless the communication is approved by the Board.

Most meetings are open and resident attendance and participation is encouraged! If you are interested in the Bylaws Committee, please contact a committee member. While participation is welcomed, due to the nature of the task, all volunteers must commit to attendance.
